Reflection on meeting
We dealt with the items on our agenda in a business-like and orderly way.
My 2 fellow committee members were somewhat taciturn and hesitant at the outset but quickly grew in confidence. They expressed their opinions quietly but forcefully.
The minutes were well kept and typed up to give a clear and coherent account of what was said and decided.
Overall, a highly satisfactory exercise.
